Tangle-free Winch Parachutes

I'm looking for a reliable source for tangle-free winch ’chutes. The ’chute I'm looking for uses fine mesh in place of suspension risers (and works great). Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

I think you are talking about the top of the shute. The mesh stops the ring from falling inside the shute and tangling, correct? If so, I can tell you that I got a hi-start from NESailplane and the shute had the very thing you are talking about. I'm sure they sell them as a single item.
