xtr 'reflex interface not responding' why?

My xtr says 'reflex interface not responding' when I try to run it, anyone know why?

* Hardware fault (interface or cable)
* Software fault
* PC fault

Try re-installing the software, changing the USB port on the PC, or try installing XTR on another PC and see if you get the same problem
