Aerofly Pro Deluxe USB inteface Tx problem

AeroFly Professional Deluxe -using JR 9303 Tx, having problems,
game is apparently recognizing the uSB cable to my JR 9303, but when I go to "calibrate" I get a "no Tx signal detected.
I recently got my 9303 Tx back from JR after some repairs.
It seems to work fine, but not on my AFPD.
It worked in the past on AFPD .
JR replaced the microprocessor board.
I am using the uSB cable supplied for the AFPD.
Anyone have any ideas?
