I received today my 2nd order from UH and I am completely happy. :) :) :D My first order, about 4 months ago, was already a very good experience, but they have further improved.
All motors, speed controls were neatly packed and came with instructions (that was not the case 4months ago :rolleyes: ). I had one item on backorder, but after sending an email to support asking to swap the backordered item with another one, the order shipped the next day and arrived within 4 days (I live in NY). :D
I am happy with the quality of their products. I have been using their Hextronic Motors, ESC and LiPos for 4 months now without any problems. And also the stuff I received today looks perfect. The value is just outstanding.
Way to go! I will definitely order again. Having the electrics more affordable makes me wanting more planes. :o :eek:

I'm also very happy with UH.
I am in CA, and all my orders were delievered in less than 5 days.
I placed an order on Monday, and I got the package on Fri/Sat.
On my last order, I made a mistake, and ordered wrong parts. UH responded promptly (less than 2 hr after I sent them email). They even called me and informed me that they were holding my order. I'm very impressed.
They have good products at very attractive price.
I'll definitely order from them again.

i did not have a good experience with my 2nd order.
ordered after checking that **all** items were in stock. got notice shortly after that order is dispatched to warehouse. then it just sat there for 4 days. during these 4 days, all the items were still in stock. yesterday, one of the items became backordered. so, now the whole order has to wait for possibly weeks.
i think we did our proper homework to check that all items are in stock before ordering. i also think that 4 days is more than enough time for the warehouse to process an order (of about 8 items or so). still got hit by the backordered problem regardless. wrote them an email about it, but still no reply..
so, any advice of how does one navigate this wacky order processing system?
is there no way to ensure that your order is processed *promptly*?

Given that Hong Kong is holiday till the end of next week for Chinese new year I doubt that much can be done.
I did get a response this morning to my e-mail so somebody is still there today

I have had good experience with UH.
From HK to my post office in 7days. not bad for $5us postage

I have made 2 orders from UH. Both were great -- without any problems whatsoever. I am happy with UH....

Place an order with UH. 2 items were on backorder. I emailed and swapped one item for a similar item and asked them to ship the one remaining backorder when it comes in and ship the rest of the order now. No problem. I just clicked on my order, it is now split into two, one package is on it's way via HK post. I've ordered a bunch of the towerpro 9 gram servos, extension and Y servo leads, and a few BL motors. I think one of the motors will be a replacement for the AXI 2212-20. Benck test will follow the arrival. The backorderd item is a large BL motor for a giant edge 540. How is the quality of the Hextronics gear?
