Order Question

Well, my order came in but the ESC does not match the description of what I ordered. I ordered the hexTronik 9g 10A Brushless Speed Controller. I was sent something called a Mag 8 Tower Pro 12amp. No documentation on lipo or brushless... Anyone know if this is comparable and will work for a brushless motor?
