I have a Car Audio LCD monitor if anyone wants it. I was going to use it for aerial photography purposes but lost interest. It has been used a few times with a wireless cam but it is like new. Thanks for looking.

IM not sure what an off axis is but I can answer you second question. The video inputs are RCA.
