NEAT fair update,

Good day Ladies and gentlemen

As of last Saturday (the close of Pre-Registration) we had 146 pilots sign up to fly at the NEAT fair (www.nyblimp.com/NEAT.htm). That is a 35% increase over last year! considering we had almost as many "walk-in" pilots last year as Pre-reg'd, this could be a very big year! (we are ready for it!)

We also closed the BBQ dinner reservations, however, there may be 20-25 tickets available at the HQ tent at show time. If you procrastinated, and still want to get into the Saturday night dinner, come by early on Friday and gives us $10.00 per/person and you're in!

There are a few "busy" channels based on our pre-reg pilot survey.

Channel 24, 28, 32, 38, 40, 46, 48, 50 all have 10 or more pilots on them. 32 is the worst with 15 pilots.

channel 11, 19, 23, 29, 31, 35, 37, 41, 43, 45, 49, 51, 57, 59 all have 3 or less

If you are on one of the busy channels, and you can switch... here is your opportunity.

Ken... I don't think I can reach everone with this forum... if I can reach a few that want to move off, it might make any of the crowded channels a little better.
