UH orders

I have made 7 orders in total and have found out this much so far:

Hextronics stuff is great, from the Lipos to servos, to low voltage cutoff, to the motors. I like them all.

Shipping time varies and registered packages takes 2-3 days longer than non-registered.

The packing job is great everytime and I have not received one damaged item or incorrect contents.

Backorder = don't order it if you need it. I find I now only order in stock items if they are needed in two weeks. Overall I am very happy and will continue to use UH for my motors and other various supplies. Keep up the good work :)

Yes, if you need a backordered item in a hurry then dont order it, please.

You might want to reserved a few items for each inventory count.
This is because you sometimes send wrong items so as to replace
them ASAP and not have those who ordered the item when it is
in stock to wait for them when they are backordered when the
wrong items was received and item has to be resent.

Order #8 just sent out today. I noticed more and more items are being listed :)

One thing I've been looking for that I have not seen yet is GWS aluminum motor mounts. They fit up to 28mm motors and I have found them to work great with the hacker clones sold by UH. I would highly reccomend them over the TowerPro mounts since they screw directly into the back of the motor, providing a very secure mounting system.

In addition GWS just announced a new fast connector they are selling. It is very similar to the Dubro EZ-Connector. I would love to see these sold as well since they make setting up a plane very simple, no more Z-bends to deal with.

Keep the new products coming and I know GWS is releasing a FW190 and AT-6 in Feb. So, hopefully UH can get there hands on those as well, ;)
