does anyone have the dates for this event? Also how many vendors are there? Seems like a lot of vendors are located in Texas so I figure this is a short trip for them to make.

While I am here are there any shows in the south east that have a lot of e-flight vendors attending?

I just go this from the club. The dates are October 6th & 7th. It should still be in Segoville, as before. Bob Wilder is again going to CD the weekend. Bob can be called at 817-498-6316.

Last year New Creations R/C and EAM were there. What more do you need? http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/smile.gif

I'll either be there or Neat. Probably DEAF though. I had a great time last year and didn't fly a thing http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/smile.gif Hope to bring a few with me this year though.

OH - I see it is in October this year. I will definately be there then. I assumed it would be september again.

Hope to see you all there!

Will there be any indoor flying in conjunction with the meet?

Thought I'd bring this topic back up front with a reply. Just a little more than 2 months to DEAF. After temporarily putting R/C'ing on the backburner due to other committments, I'm looking forward to DEAF '01. Just made my hotel reservations. Also noticed the DEAF announcement in this month's AMA journal. Yippeee! http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/biggrin.gif

I was wondering where you had wnet Dave -

What no sharing a room again this year? http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/smile.gif

Seems that last year, with football, state fair and DEAF, it was hard to find an open hotel room. Dave was gracious enough to share a nice room after I had spent one night in a roach special.

I am glad to see the change in dates as this will allow people to attend both NEAT and DEAF. Looking forward to seeing some familiar faces and perhaps doing some flying this time.

Perhaps this year some of the familiar Ezone 'family' can get together for a casual dinner one evening?

Hey, Steve! Maybe between the two of us, we can start stirring-up the DEAF '01 interest into a frenzy. Yep, I'm back into R/C after some other less important distractions (work, work, ...more work, etc.) http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/smile.gif My current R/C "fad" is sailplanes, so I hope DEAF won't mind if I show up with a couple just to keep it interesting. Hopefully, I'll have a Chrysalis 2M ready by then. I've got a Zagi 400X ready to go, especially if DaJudge gets us fired-up for combat. http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/wink.gif Heck, I still have my old Razor ready for it's screaming, out-of-control, ground-pounding "reign of terror." http://www.ezonemag.com/disc/wink.gif

I'm planning on it. I'm already fired up for some Zagi combat and seeing y'all again.

This year, it looks like I may be able to drag a few other e-fliers from Tyler along with me. It's starting to catch on here.
