Anyone Going to Electric Scale at the Nats?

Trying to go to the Electric scale event at the Nats in Muncie next week (just to observe). Anyone going? Any hints or must-sees? What's the best time of day to get there???????

I'm going to observe aswell. I don't know about must see, but I arrived after 8 or 9 last year, and missed the entire Pylon competition!
