Hi ,
I'm not going to bore you with the whole story.
In summary: placed a total of 3 orders to date. UH sent wrong motor in one of the orders - I sent it back+support email - they sent wrong replacement - I sent support email - they sent correct replacement.
The bottom line:
- Mistakes happen (can you imagine how many orders they process per day! -Just look at the order numbers increase!)
- Absolutely good support w/o ever talking to anybody!
- They got it right within about 10 days total.
- Good quality!
- Great Products for less money!
- I'm a happy/satisfied customer!

PS: I do realize that some customers have had other issues with UH. I just feel that positive experiences deserve to be posted aswell.
