I'm very regretful of order in UH, i ordered for value of more than 250 $ and i wanted a change in my order so i sent an email to the support of the page. In 3 days sent another one, i just think who a order of 250$ deserve more attention from them, so if in a couple of days i dont receive email from UH i'll write paypal to get my money back and order to himodel.com who are more serious than uh.
In any way ill reccomend this shop to no one.
If they keep this policy of ignore the client surely will lost many of them.

4 days after last post, 15 days after the order, 5 emails to support after and keep waiting life signals from the shop, my patience in hitting low limits

Hello Paquito.
We have solved your issue.
Your email address was inversed and had a space before the .com, causing big trouble when trying to match your payment to the order.
The accountant had a sudden case of dislexia which helped her find the delinquent payment.
We have correct your email address and processed your order.

The problem dont seems to be solved, my order status dont have changed neither the order item list, and my order keeps missing from both lists (orders awaiting dispatch and warehouse picking queue).
My email was in a correct format and a test of the correctness of the email is that I've received all the emails status from the order.
Anyway I've sent an email to support, lets see if we can solve the problem quickly, cos I did the order 15 days ago and this dont seems to have a clear end.
