Yeah, I just saw that commercial yesterday also. It was really cool and inspiring! It was for the Air Force however. And you are right, it was called "Raven". Good luck finding one to build though! I bet that thing costs $10,000. But, that's the whole purpose of this forum - designing civilian UAVs.
Edit: After reading the article, I wasn't even close...
A single Raven costs about $35,000 and the total system costs $250,000 but that is a cheap OH-58C, Brown said.

Costs so much on account of the cost of mounting demoes for Darpa, Missile Command, and all the other departments, and also all of the incredible amount of "due compliance" paper work, confirming that no parts or materials are sourced from "unfriendly" nations etc. The actual production costs, equipment etc is less!
Phillips starter motor for the car; $55. Exactly the same item for a Cessna 152 bills at $336.Same reasons.

I think this is the commercial you're talking about, it is for the air force: http://www.dosomethingamazing.com/?s=95&v=478
The Raven is made by Aerovironment: http://avinc.com/uas_products_category.php
