clearview question

Ok, stupid question time. How do I get more models for clearview? I found some, unzipped them......then im stuck.

It says "unzip the file and place it in the models directory" I know in FMS you unzip them and then just drag the files into the model selection menu. Do you do the same thing? It wouldn't work for me, so I dunno

ClearView is installed in c:\Program Files\SVKSystems\clearview folder. All models are in separate folders under c:\Program Files\SVKSystems\clearview\models. To add a new ClearView model that is in zip format, just download the zip file, then open with winzip and then extract it under c:\Program Files\SVKSystems\clearview\models Restart ClearView and the model will show up in the heli or plane selection menu.

The import function is used to create ClearView model from a model that is in DirectX format. Typically, these are FMS models. The import function creates the model folder and all nessesary support files and converts the direct x model into .ac file. The model flight characteristics are not preserved and further tuning is needed in that case.
