Pay Pal & United Hobbies

I recently placed my 2nd order w/ UH using the same credit card as previous however the UH check out format tells me "it doesn't recognize the card" or something to that effect.
I am not a Pay Pal member, but must use thier services as req'd for UH checkout/ordering.
I checked w/ my credit card source & am told contrary to the refusal in the checkout form, that they issued an authorization for funds for the order to Pay Pal but the order remians "pending" in my account there.??

UH says they can't help in the matter ?

Anyone have any suggestions as I'm not a Pay Pal member ?

you may need a paypal account have you set one up ?

if not the money may be stuck in limbo

Corrected the problem from several calls to Pay Pal & my credit card co---no fault of UH.
However, I returned to them in early Dec (2) 100A ESC's to be replaced for updated ones whereby they claim to have not yet rec'd them ??
This is approx $150 of mine floating around somewhere & my large scale Taylor craft sits.
