Can you post some video you took from your heli? My experience with these things is that it's hard to get a good signal without a serious mod to the antennas.

Took one to an electronics lab, it was actually broadcasting on 1.03 MHz. Right at the bottom end of the FAA's nav aid spectrum. nice and illegal.

I have no problem about signal issues with this. The quility is good, And YES ill put some air shots video soon. About FCC regulations. please refer to your local FCC regulation
