where is all the new stuff and support

It's been days since UH anaonced that all the GWS kits are in stock but they are not listed yet, as well as many other things.
also it's been many days since any of them was in the "support" chat room or responded in this forum.

Agreed.
We have half a warehouse in stock not listed.
Emails, support and posting has bogged us down and we havnt had a chance to start re-listing.
A new member of staff will be starting on Monday to help answer emails, this will free another member of staffs time enough to start listing products again.
We have around 300 items unlisted, mainly GWS kits/warbirds, hardware items, profile planes.. the list goes on.
