Kinkade RC is proud to announce the latest in thier series of RC Ornithopters. This new addition is the Slow Hawk.

First shown and flown at the 2002 NEAT Fair in NY, the Slow Hawk is several inches longer, and has nearly double the wing area of it's little brother, the Park Hawk. All this with a weight gain of only 3 ounces.

The Slow Hawk design allows for long, smooth flights in calm conditions, while still able to handle some light gusts. The Park Hawk is still recommended for those wishing faster flying speeds, or the ability to fly in windier weather.

Currently production is ramping up on the Slow Hawk alongside the Park Hawk. First deliveries will take place in just a couple of weeks, with full production occurring in about one months time.

As always, the Park Hawk, and the Slow Hawk are available either direct from Kinkade RC or thier dealers.

Should you have any questions on either product, feel free to contact Kinkade RC or myself. Pictures should follow shortly.

Does the new bird use the same power system?

Yes, The bird still uses the Speed 300 and the 8 cell 720 pack. The gear ratio has changed to allow it to fly on this setup. The flapping is slower, but with the bigger wing, this works.

BTW, for those interested, I am taking orders on this bird now.
