Has anyone built an OPUS VII?

I came across a set of plans I got from the S&E Modeler magazine a while back for an OPUS VII. It has about a 135"+/- wingspan built up. Looks like a monster of a build. Does anyone out there have one of these planes or have any experience building/flying one of these?
