Hi,I read the instructions to get my Futaba controller to work on my G3.5 simulator. When i go to controller and press it to change over in just lists interlink joystick and nothing else.I am wondering why the instructions say to change the interlink transmitter X channel but it does not appaer. What is wrong??/Thanks in advance for the help./Dale

Dale-
Check out the Knife Edge forums and do a search over there. The matter has been discussed at great length, and there are many tips and hints ready and waiting.
When I hooked up my 7CAP, it took a while for me to realize that the connection cable is one way, ie: plug the "long" end into the Interlink, and the "adapter" end into your Tx. I've also found it helps to plug everything in, turn on your Tx, and THEN fire up G3.5 so it recognizes that something is there from the get-go.
Hope this helps!

There are discussion groups, FAQs (frequently asked questions), etc. As mentioned in the previos post, it sounds like your controller is not 'seen' by the sim when you start the program, that would be a good place to start looking\searching.
Good luck. BTW, once you get it hooked up and working, you may need to edit the aircraft to use the correct channels for you TX (maybe not with Futaba, but I had to for my JR, still have not got the Heli controls figured out). If you do have to edit the aircraft, remember to save it as something different - I added my radio model to the end of the name i.e. Nexstar XP652.
Happy flying. :)

try http://www.KnifeEdge.com instead. Realflight.com drops you into the Great Planes site, that then puts "frames" around the KE forums... it just seems clunky to me. the Knife Edge site itself is quite polished and easy to use.
Should be zero config for Futaba radios. As the developer of FSOne recently told me, the axis outputs for Futaba and JR are almost exactly reversed.
One comment about the Knife Edge forums, be sure to do an exhaustive search of all forums before posting a question. Most issues have already been dealt with, and some of the guys over there (me included, depending on my mood) don't like re-typeing the same discussions/instructions over and over. There's a good sticky thread about what procedure to follow if you're looking for help... good suggested reading for sure!
