Now that’s interesting...
I have a young man age 7 who has very little muscle tone. I.E. he can only just move the controls on a standard radio unit let alone control the car.
With this he would be able to control the car with ease with both elbows resting.
I will be looking at having a go after Christmas is over. I already use the Amtel chips so that will be easy part.
Any help with the electrinics would be appreciated.

At the bottom of the page there is a example of a 6 axis game controler made with these accelerometers, they'd probly work and be cheaper.
