This is an auction for a Graupner Radio Controlled Static-Diving model
submarine. The model is small enough (approx 13cm long) to fit easily
in the palm of your hand so it can be used in a normal bathtub.
Despite its small size it has full static diving capability not
normally found in model submarines until upwards of a =A31000 has been
spent ! Static diving means that the sub has a built in ballast
chamber which can be flooded under full radio control thus enabling the
sub to rise and fall in place without relying on diving vanes and
forward motion. The other two radio channels control forwards motion
and a seperate stern thruster to give agile manouverability as befits
its small size.
The model is in excellent used condition and supplied in its original
box but lacks the instructions. Note : The batteries visible in the
picture are NOT SUPPLIED - you will require 1 off PP9 and 6 off C size
cells to operate this model.
