Karen, Jason, Anthony or ...

There is some discussion going on about who is running the UH company (paypal email issues, see other threads).
Can you please enlighten us by telling how the company is run, who the owner (s) is (are) and who is doing the customer relations. Customers would like to know this so that they can sort out their problems by emailing/talking to the right persons inside the company.

Also we would like to know how to reach customer service by phone (not one with a voice recoder). You are now having more than 10% (I'm optimistic) of the world market share (multi dollar company), customers demand proper service.

10%, wow, thats extremely high.
We think around 1% of the online electric flight sub category would be more realistic.
It's easy to get a distorted image in discussion forums.

Anthony is one of the busines partners, as it isnt a publicly listed company the other partner wishes to remain a silent entity.
Jason works in the Hong Kong office & warehouse. His primary role is warehouse and order management.
Karen is the main support contact.
From time to time you will see comments from any number of us online. Depending on who has free time to browse the internet forums (so far 5 come to mind) to respond to customers.

Phone is probably the worst medium of communication as our hours are very different to other countries.
The phone number is: +852 9154 0070. After hours you will recieve a voice message. If there is more than one person on hold you will be diverted to Anthony's cell phone.

Rgds
Karen.

Thanks Karen for the info. It is becoming a bit clearer now.
Are you located in HK?

According to the map on their website, they are located on 35 Shan Mei St, in Fo tan (suburb of Sha tin - near the race track). So yes, they are in Hong Kong.

If you have Google Earth, here is a kmz file that will show roughly where they are located. Unfortunately, they are in a small area that is shrouded by clouds.
