Placed my first Order on UH on 13 November and Received it in good order on Friday 1 December in Brisbane QLD. Overall the pricing is great and the service is OK (would have liked to be told that the item was on backorder rather than have to ask). Quality appears to be as good as other vendors and I will be placing more orders as I need other stuff.
In their favour UH responded quickly when contacted and provided acurate info. On the other hand a question I placed here in the UH vendor area last week still has not been responded to.

The following is the time line for those that are interested.
13 November - Placed order and paid by PayPal. Received auto confirmation of both at time of order from UH system
14 November - Received multiple advices that order and payment were being processed
15 November - Order went from Readto Process to Ready for Despatch
20 November - still at Ready for Despatch. Tried on-line support no answer. Sent e-mail to Sales and received update with 1 hour - one item on back order expect dispatch on 22 November
22 November - Received advice order shipped standard mail
1 December - Package arrived in mailbox in good order. Could not read date on post office stamp but have no reason to believe that it did not go to the post office on 22 November as advised.
