Fiberclass molds

Well I am Back with more questions I have a Phil Thomas RC Marine SuperSport 40 and I am wanting to make a new canopy for it Because one is in bad shape. would anyone have some Ideas for me will attach some pics.

I think that your best bet would be to cut a piece of 1/6 plywood for your base and mount a piece of blue foam to it and carve the blue foam to the shape that you want. Then fiberglass the whole thing.

That is a lot more work than it sounds. I would just take your existing canopy and repair it with epoxy and/or Bondo and sand, primer and repaint it.
