Not again !! Not again !!

Now i'm REALLY REALLY BORED about UnitedHobbies !!! :mad: :censored:

I've just received today another order, 190$ of electronics items, and.... and i've one more time received the wrong items !!!!

uhmm...ok... i can't show attached images but, the last time i've ordered a HXT PRO 18A and i have received a damn 15A ESC of unknow brand. I've the wrote to UH support and they proposed me to pay 10$ for this things and buy another HXT PRO18A.... are you fool or what ?? why i must pay for something that i don't want and i don't ever need ???

GUY's !!! THE HXT2830CAL MOTOR IS BLACK ! why the hell i've received a gay pink motor of unknow brand ? you don't even have this motor on your online shop !!!!

Does the guy who work in your shop have some color-blind ??????
Even a child of 4 years knows to distinguish the black one from the pink !!!

I've sended you back two ESC at my shipping-costs, you even don't put the right adress on your site then now i don't know where is my right ESC's and i've lost my money !!!

Now i don't want to send you back this :censored: :censored: of pink brushless motor until you send me an Hextronik HXT2830CAL that i have ordered and PAY'd for !!!!!!!! is a black and chrome motor !! understand ? check your online shop if you are unsure.

You ship very fast, i'm satisfied about that, my last order arrived in Switzerland after 5 working day's, but if you want to be a professional shop you must check your packages before shipping them !!!!

Now tell me when you send me the right motor or give me back my money on PayPal account.

excellent.

I knew the web pictures were old and expected the HXT2830CAL to look like the 42-50s
and 50-52s everyone has been posting lately. They have purple end bells of a specific
design and shiny chrome bodies.

My 50-52 came looking awesome just like the recent postings. My Pro80 ESC also looks
like the website pic.

The Gay motor you got has the right colour scheme but appears to be a SK 400XT style of
motor and not at all like the picture on the website or the larger motors most of us are
happy with.

The ESC you got might be the old HXT 15A version (aka Towerpro 18A series 2). They
are now coming in blue shrink wrap and no label. Kinda cheesy if you ask me.

I’ll keep watching this thread to see how it turns out. If they actually have the correct motor
and ESC, I will order some and as always hope they actually send what I asked for...

Yes and the Black motor goes with all the accessories that i need, the pink one has nothing. Ok...i understand it cost only 19$ but i want what i've ordered, not anything else.

Even for the ESC's, i want the PRO 18A because i paid for this, and i have the USB programming key, i don't need a "similar" TowerPro 15A ESC.

I will let you know how UnitedHobbies reply me about this.

I'm very unhappy now with this company, i was trying some components before making a big order, because i'm member of committee for a local RC Airplane-Club, and me and our members (~80 peoples) was very interested on a massive order, but if this is the quality they give out.... :(

Bin location mixup caused the BESC to be incorrect, and factory incorrect delivery meant we got the wrong motors with the right markings.
I believe you were refunded and told to keep the items for free. Is this correct?

Now... not to be a ball breaker but... today i have checked the other motor i have ordered, the "hacker style brushless 25D28"... and...what ???

It doesn't turn circular !!

I have checked and the hole where the axis is connected to the case of the motor is oval...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr :mad: :mad:

I can't put a propeller on this motor, it will only shake and break apart if i put current in it.
Guy's... if you have free time...please check your stock of motors.... there is something that goes wrong in your shop....


Now for the second time i must contact the support, compile a formular, SHIPPING the damaged unit to you at my shipping costs ( :censored: ) and hoping that i will receive back a working unit....

So...the only thing that I HOPE it will work are the HXT900 servo's.... uhmmm...tomorrow i will check everyone with a servo tester...i hope that at least this will work goods... otherwise i send back to you everything and i change shop... too much time to lose...

Well, I told my friend not to trust United Hobbies for it's past and current history but he didn't pay attention and put an order for like $130. Everything was fine except for, guess what..., yes the motors. He ordered 3 motors, not the same one David ordered and received the GAY pink ones. He wanted/ordered threaded shaft and got a shaft that needs prop saver/adapter.

These guys are a disaster.

Ok i have checked the servo's, HXT900 are ok, all tested with servo tester.

The Hextronik PRO36 ESC was also ok.

So.. i have learned a lesson.. don't buy motors from this site, others things are ok :)

Btw, tomorrow i will send back the 25D28 with oval case for the replacement, i will let you know if i receive a good one.

Dear Karen or whoever you are...

I know you give full support to your customers, this is a great deal.
You offer very good prices too, and this is also great.

The fact is... that if everytime someone order anything from you, he must send it back for a replacement, the cost and the time to get a working item is not worth the money it cost.

As an example, my 2 HXT PRO 18A ESC's. I received the wrong items 5 days before the order, that's super yes... but i have had to send it back to you for a replacement... and now it is almost 3 weeks and i didn't received the correct items. And i also put money to send it back to you.

Why the first time it has taken only 5 days, and now so much time ?
Second thing.. if you don't send me the items i paid for, i will lose my money and i need to order again 2 ESC's.
At the end, the cost of 4 "low cost" chinese ESC is like the cost of 2 original brand (hacker,phoenix,etc..) ESC's..




Ok, finally i want to assure others :

- HXT900 servo's are ok, they are great and silent, they are all working and the price is the lowest on the market.
- Hextronik PRO36A ESC is good, working nice and great quality.
- Hextronik PRO USB programmer is also very useful and working.

Hextronik products are very goods !!! i will buy more from them. :)

UNITEDHOBBIES is a great shop :) , prices are excellent and the support is good (at least he answer to your questions).
The only bad thing is that they sometime (or almost everytime) send the wrong item and you have to send it back.
