The full-size Cessna 310’s popularity was proven in its 27-year production run — and this nearly 1/5 scale replica will prove to be equally eye-catching at the flying field! Assembly of the all-wood sections is straightforward, and the large size allows for lots of scale detail. Twin-engine power can sometimes seem daunting, but Top Flite has carefully engineered the thrust of each engine so that even if one engine fails, the pilot will still be able to land safely.
* Constructed of premium woods, high-quality fiberglass and genuine MonoKote® covering — assembles in only 30-45 hours.
* Prebuilt wing halves slide onto an aluminum joiner and bolt to the fuselage — easy to remove for transport and to reattach at the field.
* Ply boxes on each wing house an engine, fuel tank and servos, and are concealed within fiberglass nacelles topped off with aluminum spinners.
* Purchased separately, a lighting system could cost more than $100 — but’s it’s already included with the Cessna 310 ARF, prewired and installed!
* Top Flite has taken maximum advantage of the Cessna 310’s large, IMAA-legal dimensions to include an extraordinary amount of realistic detail.
* Fixed landing gear is included with the Cessna 310 ARF. For even greater realism you can also install optional scale Robart retracts (ROBQ1623), which plug into the same mounts.
* The included cockpit interior with pilot figure hides the internal structure and radio gear. Scale realism — and assembly ease — are further enhanced with preinstalled cockpit windows.
