I and others had rented RVs for the Visalia Fall Soaring Festival in early October 2006. We left deposits of $250 by check (vendor did not accept CC), which was to be returned by mail after we turned in the RVs. As of today, we have not received our deposits back. And yes, the RV was in the exact same condition and cleaner than received when turned over to the owner.
Numerous e-mails and voicemails have been left without any response! The 800 number is out of service.
Just warning everyone for next year and other events.
