Parallel port simu cable on G3 with OPtic 6?

I have a lot of trouble using my optic 6 on the realflight G3...I don't even know if I have installed the TX correctly as I am using a parallel port hitec sim cable on my WinXP.

used ppjoy but it works weirdly on FMS.....not sure now on G3....

Any experts with experience on this?
