transmitter and reciever = 4 commands and
range about 500 metre
give me some simple :)) for rc car

Hello HackoBoy,

since you are looking for a range of 500 meters, IR is basically out. Unless you are experienced with RF circuitry, go for something commercial (rx/tx circuit boards), e.g. the rx and tx used in this project (do not know about the range):

You would need some microcontroller experience to complete this project.

I do not know if homebuilt R/C systems are even legal in your country -- familiarize yourself with the permissible frequency bands and other applicable regulations before you venture into a DIY project.

You can buy easy to construct :D receiver kits which perform very well :) :) on 35 and 40mhz from MICRON RADIO CONTROL here in UK.
