Placed my first order on 10/5/06. Didn't receive an email that it had shipped until 10/10/06. 5 days to get a two item order out the door seems a bit long. Received the order in good shape on 10/20/06. Thanks, good products.

Don't see those twin micro servos on your site anywhere. ???

That's typical. My first order didn't ship for TWO weeks. Apparently they weren't able to ship the DualSky 4500 3s packs that I ordered even though the webpage showed hundreds in stock. Eventually, someone in the warehouse decided to pull a switchero and they sent me four 2200 Hextronik packs instead. They never even bothered to ASK me if that was OK... they just did it. The selling price of the four Hextronik packs was less than the DualSky's I paid for. No difference was refunded

That said, it looks like they are trying hard to fix some of their problems. Realtime webpage inventory, getting orders out the door within a day or two, etc. I am about to place a third order. If they continue to improve their service, I will forgive past sins and will probably be a regular customer. I hope their communicaton improves - perhaps this forum is a good start.

Hi Martin.
We have been a local hobby distributor for many years now.

5S 3700?
Actually I just talked with the factory regarding this size, and they cannot make a 20C in this size unless they double up with a cell like the 1700mAh 20C.
We are now trying to convince them to process an order of less than 1000pc for this capacity.

Will let you know if it comes through.

Placed my second order yesterday 11/20 at 12:15 AM. Received an email
today 11/21 at 3:36 AM saying that my order had been dispatched from the
warehouse. That's much quicker. Thanks

Good points, we agree.
We have convinced the factory (because we are nice little customers) to do a short run of 500pc per model 4500mah, 4000mah 11.1 and 14.8 and 18.5v sizes.
They will be ready within 27 days.

Prices?
The cheapest, of course!

Yes, they keep getting faster and better.

Order placed about 10 days ago took 4 days to dispatch. Order was received yesterday - everything was exactly as ordered. Much better!
I placed another order yesterday and got an email saying it was dispatched TODAY!

MUCH MUCH Better!

You guys at UH are really getting your act together. You've won me over. I'm a loyal customer and I'm spreading the word to all my friends!

 I don't know guys but your store SUCKS! I posted my questions through your website (unitedhobbies.com) but up to this date I get no response. I was trying to purchase some parts but before I do that I want answers for my questions. :censored:

Sorry, the store doesn't suck, the customer service does, unless there is persistence by you or intervention by A. Hand.

I gave up on their support website too. You have a much better chance of asking the questions here at RCG. Chances are that a purchaser will reply here moreso than their web support.

Good luck with your contacting them.

I would really appreciate some help on my issue. Made an order beginning of Sept but there was a payment link failure with paypal at check out. Support staff contacted me to send to sales@unitedhobbies.com which I did through paypal. funds were received as shown on the paypal site. However, the support person that is working with me can't find it.

I have sent and resent all the info from paypal on the ID transaction numbers, the contacts and address sent, etc. Still nothing and it has been over a week.

I have had no choice but to start a paypal claim to try and get my money back. Full details are in my post here.

I have enjoyed doing business with UH and intend to do more IF lost payments can be resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Right now I am concerned that my funds have been 'stolen'.

Please HELP!!!!
