I just inherited one of these units. It is a +12v -12v +5v power supply unit. I'm not sure what it was used for originally, but opening it up, it appears to have a couple of 1/2 wave rectified circuits providing the 12v's and the 5v regulated down from one of them. It appears to be a well built and simple unit.
Does anyone know this unit? What's the official output amp rating? I'm thinking I can run two chargers off this at once, one off the +12v side (connected positive to +12, negative to ground) and one off the -12v side (connected positive to ground, negative to -12). Any thoughts on this?
