Minimum requirement for Phoenix is Window XP.

it may work on win2k it just hasnt been tested. I have had a chat with them and There just arent enough people out there running it and that number is falling all the time. win2k is an old OS by anybodies standards considering how many changes they went through in the late 90s.

Supporting their current customers is high on their piorities so things like ADK and multiplayer come first. If enough people ask for win2k support i am sure they will fully test it and release an update

If the developers are too busy to confirm that Phoenix will or won't run on windows 98se or W2k (something IMO they should of done at the start) then why not arrange for Hank to be supplied with a copy on a sale or return basis as a beta tester. He could then provide you and the developers a report on any issues he found, or confirm if it runs with out errors on these platforms - Just a suggestion

I've got a copy of every MS OS since the dawn of PCs. Send me a copy of Phoenix and I'll give 'er a rip. Gotta love virtual OSes. :)
