HAs anyone tried making the low current parts of a PCB with a Silver Conductive pen - simply write the tracks freehand with the pen the ink can be cured to enable soldering, obviously on something like an ESC the power rails would need to be copper or like but for simple PIC circuits the silver pen could write on blank side of the board and the copper side of board power tracks could be divided with a sharp knife, you would want to use SMT components for the silver pen side.

The most basic diy circuit board kit here in the states consists of a sharpie and a bare copper pcb, you write on the copper and dip it into ferric chloride, which eats away the board everywhere but where it was drawn, the sharpie marks come off the remaining copper with alcohol.
I have found its quite simple enough to use Eagle and a laser printer to come up with a professional looking pcb.

Tobiasp,
You might want to read through the results that some of us did making vias with silver conductive ink some time back. It is at:

The final testing results in the last few posts of the thread might be of interest to you.
The ink pens work OK but it is difficult to make a fine trace. The ink tends to spread.
