Giant Scale Racing

I am trying to find information on plans for the different formula one giant scale racing planes from this month's Model Aviation magazine. especially the GR-7. Can anyone point me in the right direction and possibly building advice such as whether a built up fuselage or fiberglass is better. My building skills are top notch. I am curious whether a foam wing or built wing is better for racing and weight.

I think people mainly use molded fuse/wing or foam wing. There is some info at http://www.usrainfo.org/.
