I covered the bottom of the GWS Beaver wing with saran wrap. Very beneficial.
Better Glide
Almost no wing flutter
No pitch sensitivity.

Tried it with the Pico stick wing with barely noticeable improvement.
It seems to glide a little better.
The Pico stick wing appears to have a little reflex in the airfoil.
Flattening the airfoil rather than the single surface airfoil seems to be of little benefit and maybe counterproductive.

Thoughts?

Seems strange that you didn't notice a little loss of glide capability, or requiring higher glide speed. Also, should be less drag, so top speed should pick up, however that probably isn't noticeable on the 'stik.

May be more efficient, and give longer runtime? Or run the motor cooler?

I gentleman did that at R/C microflight. He noticed that it's handling on wind improved dramatically.
