can anyone tell me where I can find a list of conversions from frequency in MhZ to Channel numbers, I need to buy a new set of crystals, 35.050 mHz and have been asked what the channel number is???

On 35MHz you can generally just take the 2 digits after the decimal point and add 60 i.e. 05+60 = Ch 65

If you don't like doing your own addition there are charts all over the place e.g. http://www.burymodelfc.co.uk/technical/channel_number.htm including a list of all UK legal frequencies in the BMFA Handbook at http://www.bmfa.org/handbook/hbook_13.html
