Care to give us a clue as to the actual frequency? It might just help.

I just need the basic configuration. The cct vaues I will try to find out by trail and error.

Thanks

I have 80Mhz, and 40 MHz Crystals. I want to make crystal oscillator.

Here's a typical oscillator for fundamental frequencies......

LINGA:

If you still need another circuityr, let me know. Basically, look for a choke or an inductor. If you have junk parts or boards, TV, wireless phones, VCR, etc.. you wioll see those light blue bead with color marks. I don't know your exact freq. so experiment.
Get an ordinary trnsistor, C945, C828, 9011, 3904 I think will work. Put a resistor to the emitter to groubnd, anywhere from 400 ohms to 1k. Bypas a 103 capacitor. You use the choke to supply power to the collector, so connect it in series pwer line (+) to C of the Q. connect ur xtal to the C and B of the Q. Now forward bias the Q with a 100k to 150K from the + line. If you do not have any sophisticated RF detector, make one. DGet a VU meter or ur tester at the lowest volt rage setting. Put a couple of signal diodes (1n4148) anode to red probe and kathode to the black probe. Common the anode -kathode of the diodes. Touch the C with this junction and your meter should kick if you have an RF there. if none try, another choke. send me a private message if you need more help and tell me you freq. s\o I can give something exacxt.
