PMBC Biddulph Park sail 2006

Every year, the Potteries Model boat club makes its way to Biddulph Country Park, located about 4 or 5 miles from Westport Lake. This event, purely for Club members has a good turnout every year, this year was no exception. Like Navy day, I turned up armed with a Camera, here are some pics.

Most of the pics are of the boats on the water, rather than the tables, one model that I found particularly nice was the USS Long Beach

thanks Kmot, you replied to me whilst i was posting the second of the two batches of pics :) not bad for an el cheapo camera that will fit in a cigarrette packet.

expect more pics from westport lake and other regattas that the club does :) at the start of october / end of september is the moonlight regatta, a navigation lights affair :)

The low angle shots are very good. I meant to take some on the water shots of The Long Beach but I could not use my camera and twiddle the sticks.
You saved me the trouble cheers.
