circuit for L298N

Hi
I have looked through the past forums and found very little.
Is there anyone out there that can point me in the right direction of a pcb design that uses the L298N and pwm.
I will be driving 3 of these from a AVR mega 8535 chip.
I have little knowledge of designing a pcb.
But I will try to make the pcb's myself if I can get a mask/drawing.

Thanks for that jeffs555.
With a few mods I can use the http://www.dprg.org/projects/1998-04a/ one.
My motors will pull approx 4 amps at stall so I will need to use the L298N paralleled mode.
