When I met up with "SSATORU" last week I asked him and he said there is one, but it is not very popular. You can PM and ask him, his English is very good and his SniperXL flies awesome!
IMO Best thing we can do is encourage all RC folks in Japan to use RCG :D :D

I tried to invite people here but all English interface makes difficult. You need to find local stand alone BBS attached to indivisual's web site. It is too bad precious info scatters and will vanish in the air..

There are a few BBS specialized to certain area. If you tell me your interest, I may be able to point. EZone/RCGroups is a great unique place.
