Hooking up 2xPC power supply

To get 20 + amps on the 12v output I need to build 2x pc PS
into one to get around 300watts. Question to those that have done this..

Piggy back the mainAC input??
To one earth???
Wire 2 positive from the 2 units
Do I need also the 2 negative or OK from 1 unit??

Any other tips ???
