1990 PRS Vintage Cherry "Special"
Serial # 0 9796
VERY RARE !! (See page 45 of the PRS book, 1st edition 2002) Built at the Virgina Street Location (PRE CNC) , Solid Mahogany !!! 24 fret, W/T Neck, Up route, Small Heel, VB/HFS, Brazilian Rosewood Fret board +9 out of 10, two very small imperfections (pen head sized less that 1mm) they actually look like bubbles that were in the lacquer on side not visible from the front, a very little wear around the headstock edge. Not many of these around. Especially in this condition. In 1987 PRS came out with special series to woo the jackson/kramer crowd back, most of this series were built H/S/H configuration or S/S/H commonly called the "Studio" model but there were a very few built after 1989 with the H/H configuration. Comes with the Original Hardshell Case in excellent Condition along with the original trem bar. This is a great playing and great sounding instrument and an investment grade guitar.
