**NEW** Heli-Max AXE CP Helicopter RTF

The RTF heli that flies inverted — right out of the box! Not just Ready-To-Fly: ready for aerobatics right out of the box — no options required!

Ideal for a wide range of skill levels, especially those who don’t want to spend time building. The BEST part about the AXE CP is its value:— while still being a tricked out high-performance model!

Specifications:
• Main Rotor Diameter: 22.8 in (580 mm) • Fuselage Length: 19.3 in (490 mm) • Weight w/o battery: 11.7 oz (334 g) • Includes: 5-channel heli, 380-size main motor, N30 tail motor, 3-in-1 ESC/gyro/mixer unit, 2/3AA 10.8V NiMH battery pack w/Deans® Micro™ plug, AC wall charger, training gear, instructional DVD • Requires: 8 “AA” batteries

• Full bearings — for smoother control, less wear and longer life.
• No simple pod and boom here: the AXE CP features a resilient, unibody airframe works like a roll cage to reinforce critical stress points, while allowing cooling air inside.
• Like all other composite parts, the head and swash plate are slightly larger and significantly stronger than those in other minis — a big plus for durability.
• An N30 motor and input from the 3-in-1 mixer unit provide swift, positive tail control without complicated drives. A clip-on heat sink is included.
• The functions of the gyro, ESC and motor mixer are all performed by this one ultra-light, reliable unit.
• A micro FM receiver and three micro servos combine to deliver the best in interference-free reception.
• The precovered blades are symmetrical — ideal for aerobatics and inverted hovering.
• The tail rotor skid does more than protect the blades — it also functions as a vertical stabilizer during forward flight.
• An easy, effective way to learn heli skills, training gear is an extra expense with some mini helis — but standard equipment with the AXE CP RTF.
• The AXE CP’s 9-cell NiMH battery pack delivers more voltage punch than 8-cell packs and includes a more efficient Deans® Micro Plug. An AC wall charger offers easy charging.

Transmitter Specifications:
5-channel FM radio
Lightweight, reliable and compatible with Futaba® trainer systems. Includes:
Trainer system
Servo reversing
Trims
Battery LEDs
Idle-up Switch
Charge jack* *for use with optional NiCd batteries.

The “e” in eCCPM: it makes a BIG difference!
The AXE CP’s Electronic Cyclic Collective Pitch Mixing is simpler and more responsive than a mechanical CCPM. Input is mixed in the radio using only 3 control rods for the 120° swash plate. This minimizes friction and slop — resulting in quicker, stronger and more precise control.

I have a Heli-Max Axe cp it flies great once you get it up about 3 ft. off the ground. With the stickers my canopy looks more like a nascar than a heli. Its great for starters too. It was my first heli and still is the one I use now. The only thing it need is some trimming once you put the parts together then your set to fly. But parts for it are rare at hobby stores so be patient to get it from mail if you have to.
