Hi,

I have a Phoenix 35 (older model). It works great with a GWS brushless and a Himaxx 2025-3200.

When I connect it to a Hacker E-49 or an Ammo 3600 it does not work. The motor shaft "twitches" a bit but doesn't turn. Is this a timing issues I need to change?

I am confused since the motors are all new and there appears to be no connection problems etc.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated :)

You definitely need to contact CC Tech Support. They have tested almost all motors and can probably tell you exactly what you need to get it working.

Ok,

I am a DumbA$$. It turns out when I put the bullet connectors on I must have made a bad connection. And to top it off I must have done it twice!!

Word to the wise, do not buy cheap bullet connectors and always check your connections :)

Thanks for the quick reply though, this forum is great.

That’s not the first time someone has had that problem. Glad to see you have solved the problem.
