Hi,
I would like to mould some rather complicated shaped gear for my F/A-18.
I was thinking of carving the plugs out of wood, no problem. But what type lay-up (carbon-fiber?) and, or mixture would I use to have strength, be light-weight? I'm thinking it will need to be solid and drilled out as needed. Any ideas?
