T-Maxx vs. E-maxx?

I'm thinking of buying a T-maxx or E-maxx and was wondering what the difference is between the T-maxx and the E-maxx, other than the obvious fact that E is electric. Is the T-maxx a lot faster or is it just more expensive because of the gas engine? :confused:
