Hello people!

I just got the Nebula XL e-glider, 2200mm, Speed600, 3600mAh NiMH:

Some friend told me that it should be able to thermal. I read about
thermalling and I love the idea. So I have some questions:

1. TOW is 1650g, while it SHOULD be 1500g per instructions.
(I put a 3600mAh battery in it, AND some coins on the tail for balance).
Do you think those 150g destroy the airplane ? Id rather leave it
as is, it flies very well now.

2. If anybody knows this airplane and has any comments, please
post here ?

Well thats it, thank you very much in advance,

It will absolutely thermal! I do not have experience with this particular plane, but I designed, manufactured and sold sailplanes, electric sailplanes, Quickee 500 pylon racers and giant scale powered planes. The extra weight won't be a problem either, it will just fly a little faster when trimmed properly. I have thermalled Quickee 500 pylon racers, and they were never intended to anything but go fast and turn tight! Seriously, having looked at the photo of your plane, I can assure you it will thermal fine. It won't work light lift like a purpose built floater, but it has the advantage of having the electric motor on board.

Good luck,
