Hacker Master Car Sport

I've been using a Hacker Master Car Sport with a Hacker 8s on a Losi XXX4 for a few years now, and today it mysteriously quit while I was driving it...and won't turn back on.

Can I send it in to get it repaired?

Can I get a credit on buying a new one, like half price?

Found the problem, the on/off switch was bad. Everything works great now!
