Where can I get plans for a gas turbine

I have access to CNC equipment and I want to build some turbines like the wren54. hope someone can help.

The Steyr college of Austria have conducted a project where they designed and constructed a small turbine engine. Though slightly bigger then a MW54, it appears to be a nice device. They published all the required construction information, though in German language. Download the files here:
